1. About this policy
This policy explains what FinHub stores in your browser when you visit this website, and why. It is written for the cookie rules in the ePrivacy framework, known in the UK as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as well as the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. 2. What cookies and similar storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device so that it can recognise your browser later. Browsers also offer other kinds of storage, such as localStorage, which lets a site keep a value on your device. The law treats cookies and these similar technologies in the same way: a site needs your consent to store or read anything on your device unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for.
This site sets no cookies and, by default, stores nothing in your browser at all.

Neither of these is active by default. Nothing on this site is set or read from your device unless one of them is switched on.
4. The consent banner
The consent banner is switched off by default because nothing on the site needs it. If we ever add a tool that sets non-essential cookies, we will switch the banner on first. From then on, non-essential cookies are not set unless you click Accept. If you decline, or do nothing, the scripts stay blocked and the site works normally. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookie-consent entry in your browser storage, after which the banner appears again.
5. Third-party cookies
By default this site sets no third-party cookies, runs no advertising pixels and includes no social media trackers. Our hosting provider and email delivery service work on the server side and place nothing in your browser. If we add marketing or advertising tags in future, we will enable the consent banner first, update the table above and ask for your consent before any such cookie is set.
