Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by separate written agreements.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website (the "website") and any enquiry you make through it. The website is operated by FinHub Digital Ltd ("FinHub", "we", "us"). FinHub is a trading name of FinHub Digital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17455964. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Any services we provide beyond this website are governed by a separate written agreement between your business and us, such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and browser storage.
2. What FinHub is
FinHub is a digital agency. We design, build and maintain software, improve search visibility, plan and run digital marketing, and advise on growth strategy for businesses, with a particular focus on fintech, payments and other regulated sectors. Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before work starts.
3. What FinHub is not
- FinHub is not a law firm, a compliance consultancy or a regulated adviser. We do not give legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing on this website or in our work replaces advice from your own qualified advisers.
- FinHub is not a bank, payment institution or licensed financial services provider, does not hold or control client funds and does not provide regulated financial services.
- We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, advertising platform approvals, campaign results, conversion rates or any business outcome. Results depend on third-party platforms, your market and factors outside our control. Any figures or examples on this website are illustrative and change over time.
4. No advice, no offer
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and the industries we work in. It is not professional advice of any kind, and it is not an offer. Proposals are made in writing after a scoping conversation, and no contract for services is formed by using this website or sending an enquiry.
5. Eligibility and your commitments
The website and our services are intended for businesses and their authorised representatives, not for consumers. By making an enquiry you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you name;
- the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
- your business and its activities are lawful in the jurisdictions where it operates; and
- neither your business nor its owners are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where dealing with them would be unlawful for us or for the platforms and suppliers we work with.
6. Fees
Browsing the website and making an enquiry is free. Any services we provide are scoped and priced in a separate written agreement before you are charged anything.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or bulk-extract its content, submit false or abusive enquiries, or impersonate another person or business. We may suspend or block access and report conduct to the relevant authorities if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
8. Third-party platforms and suppliers
Our work often relies on third-party platforms and suppliers, such as advertising networks, search engines, analytics tools, CRMs, hosting providers and payment or identity services. Their services are governed by their own terms, policies and rules, which you contract into directly with them. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, policy changes or decisions, including account reviews or restrictions, or for third-party websites we may link to.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, code and the FinHub name and logo, are owned by FinHub Digital Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share the website for your business purposes, but you may not copy it at scale, republish it as your own, or use our name or branding without our written permission. Ownership of work we produce for a client is set out in the written agreement for that engagement.
10. The website is provided as is
We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we provide it as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinHub Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising out of your use of the website, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud. Liability under a client engagement is governed by that engagement agreement, not by this section.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FinHub Digital Ltd against losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of these terms or the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page, and changes apply from publication. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
15. Contact and complaints
Questions and complaints about the website or our services: use our contact form and mark your message as a complaint. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days. You can also write to FinHub Digital Ltd (company number 17455964) at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
